Well DS3 and BB did toss one area full of enemies just for shits and giggles xD I still remember being stuck on the start of the game in BB for... 2-3 hours cause I just died over and over on the horde of enemies... Good times 

I agree with you, the DLCs really did improve that game but it did have kinda weird long winded places and with just enemies tossed there for shits and giggles. DS3 on the other hand had idiotic bonfire placements and overly being easiest of them all, even I who sucks balls at Souls games got to 4th or 5th boss…

DS2 got lot of flak when it was announced when they said it would be more easily approachable than first. People automatically took it as that it will be easy game and just a walk in a park. Little did they know that DS3 would become that easy game they feared :P
