...and the telemetry it gathers, the constant lock screen advertisements, the soon-to-be subscription model, and forcing everyone with windows 7 to download windows 10.

Also, the price is really easy to stomache. Makes it worth taking the risk.

If 30fps on a console is fine, then 40fps is fine for me.

Runs fine for me. 40FPS with MSI 970. All settings at High or Epic. Ground clutter set to none.

It plays excellent for me. Maybe you just need better components?
