@Allegro: that is more the economy at present not the fact that people buy and sell second hand cars, although yes people are buying more second hand cars at the moment but that is because they cannot afford brand new cars right now.

just got it and it really isn't much different of course, but I have been looking forward to the updated audio codec, I really have had enough with audio constantly dropping out and having trouble hearing friends.

Ok I'm not bashing the PPS3 here but what idiot seriously designed the triggers and thought "hey if I angle them the other way they will be way better"

If you managed to get a copy of a kinect game now and you are on the dashboard beta you may be in luck. shame for Ken though, but he can just fix it by deleting the system update from his hard drive, although he may have to fully format it if it wont give him the option to delete
