surely they should be checking this stuff instead of just banning profiles. If a profile has the word gay in it it brings up a flag, but then the message says "Hi I'm Bob and I'm gay" they should see it and think ok that's fine.

I have noticed a lot of people think you cannot use kinect with the old 360's because the slim keeps advertising as kinect ready and they think this means that only the slim can use kinect
