I dunno, it looks more like smoke hitting sunlight than muzzle flash.

That looks more like smoke from the firing catching sunlight instead of muzzle flash.
Agreed. I realize much of what we have now, in the commercial world, was designed as part of form following function with a goal of producing the most efficient flying machine possible. But there is something to say about incorporating elegance into the design.
Fair. I guess I just want to see more of this:
Yeah and from what I can tell the GSh-301 doesn't flare like that either.
I would love to see Eastern make a comeback since that livery was one of the icons of my youth in the 80's. Of course I would also love to see BOAC come back into business just for the heck of it.
Ah a suppressed Ingram MAC 10. How was it?
Daimler-Chrysler hasn't existed since 2007 when it was sold off. Daimler only has a 19.9% controlling state left in it. As of this time Daimler's brands are:
And a centerline drivers position. Too bad it never became a race car.
It's kinda absurdly cute and I want one.
Oh scriptgirl.
Well lithium is key to lithium-ion batteries and considering that the majority of currently mined rare earths are in China, except for one mine in CA, another source would be welcome to introduce competition and lower prices.
Until we find a concentrated source of Lithium there.
People who don't work in aviation remember that for the same reason.
It's also worth noting that another advantage of high altitude UAVs over satellites is sensor package adjustment. While satellites have very good sensors, they are effectively non replaceable in most cases. UAVs like this can land and have new sensor package installed for replacement, upgrade, or mission specific…
That has more to do with airspace entry by a UAV from a foreign state not the UAV's alone.
