For a mobility kill it's better done from the side by something as light as a RPG up to Hellfire or even a old AT gun. Some of these are low survival options

Well reactive armor will stop a Hellfire unless it's a tandem-charge warhead (most are) and T-72's have roof ERA. Other forms of inert reactive armor can be layered withe ERA for increased protection.
