@Proccor: Because I didn't want to quickly dismiss it. I felt I gave it a fair chance. I treat my games like books.. gotta finish no matter what (unless it's reeeeeallly bad)

@SecCom: I wish I could agree but the entire time I was playing I just wanted it to be over. There was no mystery or wonder in the sequel that brought back any feelings from the original. I really wanted this game to feel like a new experience but it just felt like an DLC add on.

I think good marketing is supposed to have us play a mental version of their game before we buy it. That's why we've been over-saturated with gameplay videos, documentaries, etc months before the game is even due to come out (i believe there was an article a few weeks ago that used Mass Effect 2 as the example).
