Mosthigh Thankgod was robbed and shoutout to Salami Blessing. Respect to Ghostkeeper for fighting through what was CLEARLY the toughest region.
Why, because they had the most accurate prediction based on the available polls?
I love this because of the idea of it being seamless across multiple devices (especially Google Home). However, the only thing I wish is that it had a cached aspect. I listen to podcasts as I commute and I’d hate for it to take up more battery as it streams vs if it’s from my local memory on my phone.
I agree with your first point about this experiment being woefully insufficient to determine whether national-level UBI might be a good idea (I’d want to see something like a 5 year experiment across a few different states).
12 people control 80% of the wealth in America. I’ll give you three guesses who pays for this. Oh and we spend more than the next 9 people combined on the top 10 military’s list
Between this and the other article, it looks like I picked a bad week to stay up late drinking.
The last five years are the crappiest years. They can have em.
We played on GC but me and 3 of my friends absolutely played the shit out of Hunter the Reckoning.
I remember when these tubes were laid out at gas stations; a little bell would ring, alerting the attendant who filled your tank, checked the air in your tires, checked your oil and washed your windshield.
Fuck white people. Looking forward to playing a game that finally lets me shoot racist hillbillies.

You’d have to convince me they knew something to forget in the first place.
I have read the book and after reading it I looked forward to the movie. Now that it is almost here, though, I am not sure why I have such mixed feelings about what I’ve seen in trailers so far. I’m not hyped for some reason. I hope that gut feeling I have is wrong and the movie is awesome. Just wondered if I am alone…
I have no idea where they’re going with this movie but I’m sorta intrigued. In the book I’m pretty sure all the avatars are human, but for the movie it looks like they’re doing whatever. Does this mean the film will spend more time in the real world?
Here come the avalanche of comments shitting on a completely harmless book/movie
Well last I heard this film is based on a book and the digital world being represented seems to have no rules on what your avatar can look like (akin to Secondlife) so no.... the entire point is to reference the hell out of everything because that’s exactly what people would do given near infinite avatar customization.
Well now I feel like a big chump. You just freed up a bunch of countertop/sink space for me when I use my Instant Pot!
Nah, brah. It’s a column guiding you into not being a garbage customer at restaurants.
Is it not, though? I mean, it would take a lot for me not to leave my standard, “carry the decimal, multiply by two” tip. Like the waitron would have to get anti-Semitic at me or something. So the price of the meal I order really does determine the tip.
Glad to see Arby's break out of its punching bag status with their horsey sauce. Not only is it good on their roast beef, it's good on everything. Beef, chicken, turkey, curly fries, and especially good on potato cakes.
