I think that's because for some reason it believes you're going to copy to the PS+ Online Storage. Before I had PS+ I pressed the option even though it still had the + icon and it still let me copy as long as I selected the USB afterwards.

I play videogames as much as the next guy but I'm simply terrible driving cars both in real life and Videogames. In Grand Theft Auto IV I pretty much crashed into everything. Also driving cars in GTAIV was a pain.
