If they're not pleased with their own sales on Japan you can say the chance of localization is 0%. diva f is perfectly playable without japanese knowledge. I barely known any japanese and I'm enjoying the game and on my way to beat all songs. Already unlocked them all.

When open world came to mind I thought Grand Theft Auto. If its not as simple as alerts anymore then it possibly means that it will work like the cops on GTA. The alert probably won't shut down unless certain circumstances happen. Probably what the helicopters are for.

Unfortunately as most have said already MG4 was built with the PS3's architecture in mind and the size of a dual layered bluray. I don't think a port is possible at all. However this game is a different story. The engine is made for multiplatform. However MG4's engine is not.

Japanese aren't exactly great fans of PC Development. They're all mostly focused on console development. Seems this engine might allow them to more easily port it to PC but I think their focus will be solely on PS3 and Xbox 360. I think they only make visual novels for PC but it even those are jumping to consoles.

I played Legend of Dragoon for some time on my psp. I popped in my LOD disc into my computer, made an iso and used a program that would turn it into a eboot for the psp. However you need a hacked psp. The game crashed just after beating the water dragon so I stopped playing it.

I've read pretty much every Sword Art Online novel except the last one. Great series and it truly makes me wish MMOs like that existed. The second MMO in Sword Art Online just makes you wish Aion was like that.
