Just get your combat readiness points through single player. They're not multiplayer exclusive. Its like lets say for example you gained xp in a game for killing people no matter were it on single player or online coop. Either you complete missions by yourself on single player and get combat readiness or play online

You could always just use it offline for the time being. I won't be able to update it until I get near a hotspot.

This also happened on the japanese launch.

Damn dude. That hurts. My neighbor got his laptop stolen 1 day after he bought it. He barely had enough time to play with it.

x_x don't remind me I bought the swimsuit pack from Soul Calibur V. *_* I put all the women in the game in swimsuit.

I think you should focus that money on buying the actual platforms first. Except the games are something like Tales of Vesperia. I'm sure you'll be able to find them at any moment you wish. Considering that Gravity Rush will be digital as well you don't have to worry about being hard to find in the future. The game

I really doubt that they will ever bring Tales of Vesperia for PS3. It has been way too long. Better start rooting for Xillia at least.

Although hard. You can also start learning japanese and benefit from having access to many games that never make it overseas. I have the jp version of Tales Of Xillia since its launch and even though I understand some parts I've been having lots of fun with it. Although I haven't played it that much since I'm still

Its on the photo xmb section. Only available in special situations like create a character. You can also play your music saved on the ps3 while you play.

Doing a fan-translation is no small task either. Not only having to translate the game but also having to hack it to modify the text. Usually games only get a menu patch which only translates the essentials so you can play. But in the time you wait for all those fan translations you could learn japanese and have

Guys guys. I'm going to try becoming a super saiyan right now! Maybe I should start with Kaioken and training at 100 times gravity first.

Japanese Voices? Great!

If you care about the game so much and there is no hint of it coming overseas you can always import. Learn japanese and discover a new world.

If Konami wants to play it safe they'll go digital. Its what most developers are doing now with psp games. With UMD being unsupported with Vita, most developers won't even consider UMDs.

I can ignore some faults of the PS Vita. But the issue with being restricted to one account is the thing that still has me in the negative around the vita. I can jump around in hoops but for a portable it really isn't very handy. I can import games from other regions but at the expense of not being able to buy dlc.

Agreed. Playing games on the Vita totally feels comfortable. But on a phone? You might get away with things like angry birds and infinity blade but its really uncomfortable for other types of games. I think that phones are trying to do everything that they're losing sight of what they are. PS Vita is a gaming

Wasn't the first psp $250 as well? The PSP Go is also pretty close in price to the Vita. Its only now that the psp has gone down in price after several years. But I wouldn't consider the Vita expensive. It looks around the right price.

Yes they hacked the emulator but that's pretty much as far as they've gone. They don't have access to the entirety of the system and their exploit is easily patcheable hence why the hacker has kept quiet about it. Supposedly the exploit goes around a specific psn psp game. Its like how the 3ds can play r4 cartridges

Giving a reason to hack a a device isn't enough to just hack it. Using a new propietary memory card, limiting the way games can be transferred, preventing the battery from being accessed might piss consumers. But it will also make it hard as hell for hackers to hack it. PS3 was not a cake walk and it took hackers

Sleep mode in the PSP and Vita is like shutting down the device. It will stay exactly where you left it. It doesn't do anything with the cutscenes and it can be shut down at any time. Practically putting on sleep and shutting it down are more or less the same thing. Kind of like with a cellphone. However if you put it
