As clarified by Sony. It seems it does more or less support multiple accounts on the vita. However you will need several memory cards. Your account lives on your ms. So you could buy one card for your US account and another for your EU account. Then its as simple as just swapping your memory card to switch profiles.…

There is a feature but it seems to be buggy to return the save files back to the wii. I imported xenoblade to the pc without any problems but when I put the save file back on the wii it was corrupted. It might vary from game to game.

You can only transfer games and dlcs to the vita from your ps3 on your activated psn account. So before you can transfer games and dlc from another region you will have to format your psv before connecting it to the ps3 to transfer.

This is completely stupid. At least they should have allowed two psn accounts per ps vita just as they did with the restrictions for how many ps vitas can use 1 account. This completely lowers the advantage of it being region free. You could import the physical version but what about dlc (as another commenter pointed)…
