If sony and microsoft were to join forces such a future would be possible. Sony's PS3 has ridiculous software but great hardware and the Xbox 360 from Microsoft has ridiculous hardware(and propietary hard drives, RROD and so on) but excellent software. @Mi7ch: They seem to lean towards the ODSTs in Halo 3 ODSt for design. Its like a combination of a regular military uniform and spartan armor. I'm pretty sure there will be more traditional spartan armor so you need not worry. I'm liking it so far.

The trailer was awesome but I do have to agree with you mintycrys. The screaming and crying was a bit unnecessary.

I got a sony vaio netbook. Really small and nice. Will be very helpful at college. As for games I'm still saving my christmas money towards mass effect 2.
