I'm sorry, I was unaware of the fact that in the far future (some 80+ years into the future), we'd be using the exact same compound bows as we are today and not some kind of futuristic compound bows that may require less strength.

No one said archery was only for agile and weak people. The books, however, blatantly state that she's an agile, but weak person. You don't need huge muscles to handle a bow. It just helps.
