Apparently they changed the design of the costume after filming, and had to use CGI to fix it.

My favorite line from a review of this was, “Hey, look, Guy Pierce is in this! Those are words that haven’t been arranged into a true statement in a while.”

Any movie that King was so coked up that he doesn’t actually REMEMBER directing has to be in the top half just for the sheer 80s’ness of that fact.

Because half of it is firmly set in the here and now talking about the plans for the future. The other half is based around the first one.

I think that’s more a result of an unstructured off-the-cuff spoken statement being written down. Doesn’t quite translate. I think it actually makes a lot more sense if you add “when” to it.

It’s alright, that’s usually the role I use to identify him to people when I’m trying to tell them who he is.

I’m sorry, I like Evans, but there’s no way he’s going to come anywhere close to Nesbitt in this role.

The miniseries was great. There was another one more recently that looked terrible.
