@Kazerai: Actually that's not quite true. The Kinect lag is on top of the lag your TV will cause, so it'll probably be smart to get a good TV with an input lag of 30ms or less. As for the Killzone 2 and GTA IV hacks... my very own comment quoted these, so what's your purpose?

Wasn't there this game where you had to solar power your character? For one of the Game Boys, I think. Boktai by Atlus?

@slamdance: Oh what a horrible thought! Books!

@slamdance: Exactly! See how it actually recognizes what she is doing instead of just where her sprite is on a 2d image? It goes as far as correcting her when the motions aren't correct.

@xsbs: Aw, I was hoping you were going to involve one of his parents in your insult.

@FTH: Sorry, I think this is my inner 360 fanboy speaking, ignore this comment.

Also known as "We're like the Wii but also have a camera"

@slamdance: Oh let me count the ways.

    "

@slamdance: I think it's awesome that people still compare this to the Eye Toy when the two devices are clearly completely different both in the hardware and in the software support department.

Apparently, Halo 3 gets lag from 100 to 150 ms, up to 300 ms if you have a bad television. I haven't heard people complaining about that. If people want, I'll put in the time to dig out the relevant thread on AVForums again and link it here. Anyone interested in this?

I hope this will be outlandish instead of a rehash of the old game. The trailer makes me hopeful, as the style seems different, while that screenshot up there looks like the old game with better graphics.

@Sakilla: Right, I forgot, having been wrong in the past has effects on the present day.

I have some friends with whom I will love to play Kinect games with. We usually have some fun with things like Smash Brothers or Mario Party, but even there, in the end those are skill-based competitions and the same people usually win unless they deliberately lose.

@Sakilla: So because a company realizes they were wrong and decides to jump on the band wagon after all, they're stupid idiots and their products can't possibly be fun?

Thank god the universe doesn't run on glitchy software and the hardware acceleration is also rock solid.

@chang187: nonono! Hands are dirty things! The holy ball shall not be touched by such dirty things! Now feet... mmmh... feet... most elegant and pure of all appendages!

@chang187: I don't endorse this silly off side rule. Football was much more exciting when that rule wasn't there - men were stronger, scores were bigger, and the balls were round.
