Agreed. Microsoft has been trying to put the PC under the tv since the mid 90's and Sony has been trying to find ways to sell you an even more expensive media player. So all they really want to do is sell you the box and then sell you content to play on the box. If it's games or not is irrelevant.

Between the Agent of the nine's exotics and the legendaries you can get 100% from the faction vendors, I have no idea why people even care about the loot cave + engrams. I just see dropped engrams as bonuses. Granted I got a Hawkmoon Exotic Handcannon from a purple engram but still <_<
