I thought the same thing. We're going to be teased with this show for the upcoming months because they'll want to remind us it's still coming (thus hoping to keep us excited, but we're already wound up tight in anticipation now).

Wait wait wait. "Last night"? Why doesn't io9 put this news in big bold letters so I would have known to make time...?

Well SyFy does have Warehouse 13 and Eureka.

I can see (and hope) that Inception beats out 2001 in the next round though...

What especially annoyed me was how Inception was advertised with "From the director of The Dark Knight." Considering Nolan also wrote both, what made them decide to completely ignore advertising it as "From the writer and director of TDK"?

Oh, wow, some of these were hard. Like Star Wars V over The Matrix (I chose SW). And I hope Serenity makes it pretty far.

Some of these look good. Now, let me understand correctly: some of these are full movies, whereas some are just short films?

Which episode?

I'm glad the TARDIS finally materialized inside itself. I've been wanting that to happen for a while! (Granted, in my version another Doctor steps out and we have a Doctor-meets-Doctor story....)

As pretty as Lauren Cohan was in Chuck, I'm unsure if I'd watch a show solely based on who is acting in it.

I was noticing that too when I was in Borders the other day. Way too much on the wallet to consider catching up on stuff from before I was born.

I was in Borders the other day (looking for some good sales, shame) and found half a dozen classic Doctor Who DVDs. There was only one story-arc in each, but was going for over $20. I'm sorry, but $20+ for a 4-9 part episode from 30+ years ago? That's kind of ridiculous.

I love the picture used today. Great to see Mustafa back on Chuck!

It should be noted that Source Code, while directed by the same guy as Moon, was not written by him. So make all the Moon comparisons you want, but the greatness of Moon came from the story as well as the directing.

Obligatory Doctor Who cold star comment.

The mad scientist is probably my #1 grab for Series 4!

The mad scientist is probably my #1 grab of this upcoming series!

I very much agree with you. The second and third were enjoyable and funny, delivering entertainment. I'm looking forward to the fourth one (despite thinking the franchise didn't need another movie, or this upcoming second trilogy). It's going to be funny, have some action, and plenty of pirates.

Yes, I really want a larger image of that banner.

Heh, I don't get it at school either (on Cox, I believe, but back at home we have Cox and get it). I'll live for a week or so with the internet and then enjoy it in HD at home.
