Yup me too. It’s amazing what happens if you can get them laughing and being nice to them. And even if something doesn’t go right, there are ways to resolve without yelling. Personally now I like to let the rep I’m talking to know that I’m aware it is not their fault and I appreciate their trying to help me. 

I used to do a lot of call center and CS work as well. There are degrees to this. I think if they need help it’s definitely in the interest to help them in any way you can provided that it’s within the scope of the business. ugh yes. a big issue is a lot of those grind elements relied on RNG. And if it was not in your favor you were pretty SOL

I’d agree with that. They lost me after BA. Once I discovered how SLOW the grind was each new expansion it just was an immediate “nope I’m done!” moment.
