This happened to my parents as well. We got denied all tuition help for similar reasons while friends of mine who were more well off got help. BS. This was years ago. My favorite is now the alumni association is always asking me for money and I love turning them down.

I generally equate hacking to exploiting a computer system through vulnerabilities etc. Not tricking a person to give you information like a con artist. Hacking tends to get really over used as a term these days

The only time I leave it on is if I’m playing with people I know or I’m in some activity in destiny where I need to have it on. Otherwise I never use it.
