They have a pretty solid userbase of their Steam platform so in terms of initial marketing they have a captive audience there. Factor in word of mouth from said users and they are on stronger footing than most startups in the hardware business.

I think Valve do have reasonably deep pockets (speculation) but they are also extremely skilled at forging relationships with other companies so in terms of a collaboration I think that would be the most financially sound way to go.

Liter box? You've got me with that one too. What is it?

Well I laughed so.... Just saying

Art direction reminds me of the Dragon Quest series. This is not a bad thing :)

Valve, for the love of all that is right please release your SteamBox and make it capable of playing my purchased Windows games! I like Linux but I cannot justify buying your hardware if I can't play my existing collection.

Have you checked the file integrity? GFX drivers up to date? Two simple solutions that are often overlooked.

I suspect I already know the answer but I will just clarify with the Kotaku readership.

Under normal circumstances a low post count would make no difference to the validity of what you are saying. Under these circumstances however (WarZ staff defending their game anonymously via Internet forums) I am somewhat sceptical of your true reasons for posting. Can you really blame me? Maybe you are just a fan

Suikoden 2 is still not in the UK PSN Store! C'mon Sony. Stop toying with my emotions :(

What I meant by 'golden age' is that that generation of consoles was the most special to me. There have been amazing games in every single console cycle but the SNES was around at a point in my life where I could appreciate it the most.

Sorry, I had no idea that the Internet police were around today. Crawl back under your rock, I will call you if you're needed.

Burner account, you're views don't count. Sorry.

That died with the SNES but the golden age will be different depending on your age I guess.

Agree with you completely. The video just came across as lazy. The mods are useless unless I know what they're actually meant to do.

I don't know why but I enjoyed your comment. Some people just want to watch the world burn and all that jazz :)

I'm with BT aswell. Maybe I'm thinking of a different proxy, I'll give Dutch a try so thank you :)

I tried using various Proxy servers which does indeed let me get on the site but when it comes to reaching the pages with the download links it has a bossy fit and point blank refuses. I miss TPB, it was good to me once upon a time

Do you get annoyed when the weather forecast turns out to be wrong as well? It was a bit of fun, lighten up. Nobody is making a fool of themselves, its a bit of banter. If you can't deal with that then maybe you should retire from the internet.
