World of FF is one of my favorite JRPGs of all time. Good story, long run time, great customization and theorycrafting. The only negative is the sometimes cringe dialogue that was written for eight year olds, but I can get over one mistake.

13-2 is one of the only games I’ve ever platinum’d because it is SO GOOD
Junctioning was fine, just kind of grindy. It was normal for me to draw to 100 magic of any new magic I found in any new area. Takes a lot of steam out of the story, which is already slower than other JRPGs of the time, to sit there for two hours drawing magic as soon as you get to a new place
I wonder if twenty years from now we’ll find out these guys faked their death to avoid taxes/government/whatever and have just been living on an island without a care in the world.
“F-150 takes an even closer look at driver habits via data harvested from its built-in microphones”
If it were me I would say Miata RF or GR Corolla
“party members that are entirely passive. These are all features that you’d typically “expect” out of a Final Fantasy game,”
Not surprised at SC and VA. I lived in SC the first 35 years of my life (just moved last month) and have family land in VA so I visit there regularly. In SC, especially Lexington County, cops just drive around aimlessly all day every day wasting gas looking for people to pull. It doesn’t matter what time of day or…
Honestly sounds like ME1 to me. You could land on every single planet of which there were dozens, but only a few had actual stations to explore. The rest were either empty rocks or rocks with a hand full of enemies. But I loved every minute of that game
I loved ME1's planet exploring even if the Mako was super jank. I was so disappointed with ME2 came out and it was just sending out probes. At least the story, characters, and combat were great (ME2 is a goated game for me, despite lack of planets to explore)
Honestly 9 is in my bottom five. I freaking hate that game. I’ve played it three times and haven’t even finished two of those playthroughs (stopped in third disc). Worst combat and character customizations of the entire series, most characters were completely forgettable, only mini game was TT which was much better in…
I have opposite opinion, I think the entire 13 trilogy is extremely underrated. The characters are some of the worst ever, story line is a bit of a mess, and the 20 hour tutorial in the first was rough, but the graphics were amazing for the time, music was excellent, and the combat was superb in all three. I think the…
You are out of your mind for putting 12 so high, and 1 over 13/13-2/15
Someone in my friends group always says SO2 is the best of the bunch. I’ve only played 3 though I do own 4 digitally and might play it one day. I have been close to playing SO2 via emulator recently, just because I heard it had a good crafting system, but now I guess I’ll just wait on this release
“Combat feels like a smattering of Final Fantasy VII Remake, Kingdom Hearts, and the Nier games in equal measure but with a faster pace, but there’s also a lot of DNA borrowed from The Witcher and classic God of War games
It missed what could have been, sure, but it was still an amazing game up through the Venice area. I hated the combat but the story eventually paid off, the graphics were great, and the constant banter as you’re travelling was great. It wasn’t the game it could have been but it was still better than 99% of the other…
I played FFV for the first tiem just a few years ago and was hyped that it had the job system. However, I came out of it less than thrilled. The job system in that game was nowhere near the complexity of FFT which I was expecting. The story was also completely forgettable to me.
Even if I preorder games, I don’t redeem the bonus items in game anymore after Lightning Returns. The items are just way to strong anymore and takes a lot of challenge out of the game. I’m looking at that exp boost item and the thought of starting the game with it has got to just over level you and trivialize the…
That’s how I felt about FF15. It was fun, I liked it a lot despite the flaws, but it didn’t feel like a true FF title and I hated the real time combat. I’ve never missed a main line FF game though and I’ve never truly disliked one (I even love the entire 13 trilogy). I do wish we’d get turn based again one day though,…
Is it true that Land Cruisers were made with thicker metal components or something and that is why they were so durable?
