Whether it is or not is a medical question - which won’t be answered by a bunch of internet randos on a blog chat page.  What ley persons *can* discuss is ethical issues.

Being opposed to this proposal is essentially saying that people shouldn’t be allowed to choose what happens to their body after death.

That’s the point though - the go-to insult for someone acting like a jerk is “He must have a small penis”. This directly implies that having a small penis must be bad - otherwise you wouldn’t use it as an insult.

Given the content of the article, the headline would seem almost libellously inaccurate.
