While I totally agree this car sounds amazing.. indeed ‘racecar’. I disagree this is what an F1 car should sound like. If anything the FXX sounds more like a Lemans/FIA GT2/GT3 car.. than most of the F1 cars I can recall hearing.

Why. We have enough production-based engines in racing. I want to see some actual cutting-edge shit in place. Not every race car has to be a street car with a cage, gutted interior, and stickers.

E46 ZHP. It’s a little rare and therefore arguably more special than an M3 of the era, and most people would dismiss it as just another E46 sedan so it sort of flies under the radar. It’s more live-able than a CSL. The 4-door body is practical but I’d think it’s also better-looking than the coupe. It’s got enough…
Sorry I missed the opportunity to offer my own pet peave: diffusers, and their lookalikes. If your vehicle doesn’t have the carefully directed airflow that makes them work, then please leave them off.
