Stop stereotyping owners by race. The first one of my friends to buy a Harley was black. My white biker friends were into rice-burners. One Asian friend is into spaghetti bikes.

Damn! You wordsmith slicker than a cheap romance novel describing a seduction scene .... not that I’d know about such things.

I’ll agree that the total powertrain inertia is lower with an EV.

Actually there is a large amount of inertia in the motor rotor itself, add the huge delay caused by the inductance of the motor coils - it takes a great deal of time to charge and discharge the huge inductance. All that adds a lot of delay.

Or learn to operate their new $700 smart phone.

How about 4 way stop in Florida?? Everyone is waving the other guy thru while he waves another guy thru all while Florida Man or some jerk from New Jersey goes apeshit and drives on the sidewalk!

While making a LOT of sense, your 4 way Yield would be the end of driving.

Consider one thing - The former owner could not be bothered to tow this Alero to a real mechanic for a simple, inexpensive repair. They left it SIT for nearly a YEAR until a you came along with a dollar and a trailer.

You have that right! Paris is a tourist target city. Other areas are much cleaner and much cheaper.

I think I’ll pass on San Fran..... Pass, I said PASS with an A...

Paris is a beautiful city in desperate need of a good cleanung. I don’t know why... Diesel soot? Urine in the alleys? The outlawing of pressure wash machines?

It had 13 years of driving around to collect rust before being put away. I’d guess the 105 HP engine it HAS could be too much!

The truth is likely that there are so few Tesla’s on the road racking up too few miles to make a statistically valid determination of NHTSA’s findings.

Show me any other species that has earned the Formula 1 or Indycar driver’s titles or even won LeMans, Indy or Monte Carlo and maybe I won’t say your statement is ignorant BS.

Trying to “sport up” the car we nicknamed the Atomic Cockroach? Uhhh, NO, Just NO.

AbSOlutely right!

Yeah, Hammie is a real softie. LOL!

Except last weekend, of course. Just a slight drift from script...

Now playing

C’mon Airbus and every other airplane manufacturer TESTS for this shit and pilots TRAIN for it... Yee Haaw!

170K on the engine means the cam chains and guides need replacing. THAT means the engine must come out. Shit, might as well rebuild it with new bearings and rings and a valve job and a clutch and maybe a tranny rebuild while you are at it, and, and, and....
