If you think that's dedication, check out any of Anita Sarkeesian's videos. People seem to make a full-time job out of harassing that lady.

I read "Aschenputtel" in German class, and my favorite line comes from the little tweety birds who warn Prince Charming that the step-sisters are not Cinderella because "Ki-ree! ki-roo! Blut ist im Schu!"

"Nice is better than good" throws me into a rage. A RAGE!

I heard a rumor from someone who read a copy of the movie script online that they changed the lyric to "nice is better than good." I'm desperately hoping that it's just a rumor because that's basically the opposite of what the song is trying to say.

Did I miss the part where Shrayber said anything disparaging about deployment that would warrant an "eff you?" Maybe you replied to the wrong person?

I hate to get technical but if you join the military, you sign up to do whatever war activities the pricks in government decide to order you to do.

That family is a bunch of shitheads.

Nearly the best gaming hardware on the market So if the goal of "downgrading" the

I know I'll catch flack for this, but:

Yeah Polygon's email makes it out like Notch + co shadily slipped it in there. It's just that they never enforced it previously.

But by all reports users are finding better performance with the hidden graphics settings, suggesting that this is in fact a downgrade.

Many of these people seem to forget that this term was in the EULA from the beginning.

except if you look, like in the link in this discussion, PC games are now outselling console games. its no longer a small market. its the majority market.

Do you talk out of your ass professionally or is it just a hobby?

There's a crazy conception that we hold the media to a higher level of facts and etiquette than we do every day people. Common usage /= correct usage, and the media is supposed to be using the correct usage. Especially since they guide and impact a huge amount of people as to what accepted usage is.
