HA, yea I hear ya. Finished my 2nd dungeon. I’m somehow also alternating in Nier: Automata and just got to my 2nd playthrough.
Persona 5 is less than a month away. AIN’T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR NO FAST TRAVEL.
(But I’m actually taking my time through the game)
Now I have that damn theme song stuck in my head. Also, Al is totally that NPC companion always telling you what to do!
My first horse took a Guardian laser and was set aflame as I was launched off. I managed to heal and get back to it, but not before a second laser blasted the both of us and completely vaporized the horse. (It wasn’t actually vaporised, I just lost sight of it amidst the panic, fire, scary music, guardian charging…
What’s also interesting is that while the game was cancelled, some figures from the sequel were still made and sold in stores. Likely having to do with how far into production the game and figures were.
DAMNIT, out of all the figures I had my mom junk, of course THOSE would be the good ones...
I don’t doubt that you could do the required part of those with other weapons. I found it pretty difficult to do the bonus sections without a heavy weapon though.
Sledgehammer is usually easier for those “Golfing” ones. They’re nice enough to spawn with a hammer or two in them, but I’ve found you can use any heavy two hand weapon with a similar swing. Spear type weapons are probably the worse for those in my experience, since they’ll most likely break before you can build up…
I think I have a larger issue to not having a reliable way to pick up the type of weapon I want. Sometimes I’ll be overloaded with the heavy two handed weapons and I can tell a fight would be much easier with smaller one hand weapons. If there’s a weapon shop that’d be great! After I failed many times to parry the…
What’s interesting is that the cases have tabs that look like they’d hold a manual. So why chose this case design if it’s going to be mostly blank and not even utilize the features?
oh, ok. I see what you were doing. I didn’t know there were other treasures down there, so I just stuck to the rafters and then banana’d the last guy out of the way.
The Hylian Armor doesn’t seem to draw in Lightening strikes. I’ve had to remove bows, shields etc, but the armor itself never has the spark on the item screen signifying you are drawing electricity.
I was starting to think this as well, but then I found you could skip the scene.
I thought that section was going to be tough, but then I found it hilariously easy to circumvent the whole thing.
ugh, yea Mass Effect... Maybe I’ll grab that down the line...
Mostly juggling Zelda and Nier. That should keep me busy for a bit. Was not expecting the amount of variety Nier is loaded with and it’s a total blast. I’m starting to wonder if I can get through both games before Persona 5 though.
