Well, there’s gonna be a Monster Hunter Direct coming on the 27th...

I’m more bummed over the potential loss of touch controls. I love how much more streamlined touch controls made the Pokemon games. Plus things like inventory management for Zelda, unit selection and movement in Advance Wars/Fire Emblem, map panning and scrolling, and text entry.

I think Nintendo is right now

Lol. The best thing is that its a joke from the developer. They really are not expecting it to sell much as that item and all the other “dlc” is unlockable in game.

true. I’d hate to have a constant mini-map overlayed on the action, but that is one solution. Another would be showing the map while you are respawning, which would also give you to option to select a jump point for respawn, although that doesn’t help if you want to squid jump from any point while you are running

There ya go! Yea, my friends and I jokingly call it Macaroni since it reminds of the Cheesasaurus Rex. Sadly, I just found out the Spice Gamecube was Japan Exclusive, AND they also had a Spice GBA Player for it!

yea, I just turned them off after the tutorial. So seeing the article point out “how Nintendo maps the game to the Switch’s new pro controllers will be interesting to see” is weird since... the game already had standard controls.

meh. I played those games for 2 years. Got all the DLC, had a blast. I will still jump on the ported editions, which look to be enhanced versions with more stuff anyways. I don’t know why there would be the need to ask for compensation if you got value out of it.

God damn, I love the Macaroni colored one. It’d pair perfectly with my Macaroni GBA. Now if I can only find one of those Gamecubes as well...

Every time someone mentions Splatoon’s motion controls I think to myself “Splatoon has motion controls?”

Exactly this. Splatoon, Mario Kart 8, and Smash are just TOO GOOD and have enhanced ports of those games would do much to make the Switch look appealing to people who completely skipped the Wii U.

Better watch out, Bethesda is totally gonna Mega Blacklist Kotaku for talking about their new secret game!

oh, that image was a tease for Rockstar’s game? I thought it was a new ad for Magnificent Seven that was paying homage to Seven Samurai...

heh, it also reminds me of Samurai 7

That last gif has me hearing 16-bit McMahon screaming “PIN HIM!”

*fingers crossed for Santa Mei*

well, You can get a 25ft HDMI cable for about $10-$15 off of Amazon. Then the system could stay in your pocket!

I figured, but you really never know with comics. I suppose I could have checked the actual link as well, but ya know... at work and such.

Sure, they may SOUND lame, until you see them used in an episode of One Piece or JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and then they’re suddenly really scary.

Now playing

Door Manipulation reminds me of a character from One Piece. He could create any type of door on any surface or even on air. Doors on solid surfaces allowed him to open said surface like an actual door while an air door let him travel to a different plane, which he could see and hear everything in the base plane, but

IT’S JUST A GODDAMN BOAT BUT WHY AM I CRYING?!?!

Well, they’ve already got a Nerf on Ana’s Ult Charge time up on the PTR, so we’ll see how it plays out sooner rather than later.
