Yeah, I was surprised in the beta when I unintentionally found there was not only a way to do crouch movement but also moving even lower and crawling on the ground.

As someone who wanted to design and work on the layout of video game manuals and promotional materials if I couldn’t break into game programming, watching the slow death of manuals was especially painful. First more and more started being black and white, then thinner and thinner to what we have today (if anything at…

That looks like the default layout from the PS4 or PS3 version. I know at least on the PC version you can rearrange all the elements on screen, hide things you don’t want to see, or resize them.
I agree with GandalfUnicorn. It’s really about the community you keep around you. If you have a good one, then its a lot harder for the occasional rude player to bring you down. Most of the folks I keep company with do well at endgame raids and so on, but they work to help people get better, not cut them down. If you…
Haha that reminds me of when I was picking out a class ring in high school, talking to my father about it.
The Challenge was very disappointing to me. I am a contemplative thinker and enjoyed that up to this point the game wasn’t the type to rush or pressure me with timers or time limits. I’d have much rather had an extended gauntlet of ‘broken panel’ puzzles (I really enjoyed those) at my own pace than race through a…
I know I’m in the minority, but I enjoyed the ‘broken panel’ puzzles. I found them to be an interesting change of pace. The speed of the moving ones could have done better if they were a touch slower, I admit, but still I’d rather do 50 of those than poke at The Challenge.
There are already some groups calculating minimal puzzles to reach the end. I think the last one I saw was saying under 70. Some puzzles can reached and solved out of range if you dont mind that you can’t actually see the puzzle because of how far you are from it.
PSO had a story. You are working to help a pop up bakery in some caves to drum up business. Everything you do is to further their success. Delivering cakes, clearing out the planet for human habitization (more customers!), etc.
Was the documentary before or after the fire/explosion that ruined a good chunk of his facilities?
Yeah, Aaron Fetcher not only created Whack-a-mole but also the Rock-afire Explosion animatronic band and stage show for Showbiz Pizza.
Multiple times now since getting the game at launch I’ve had dreams about just solving a stream of puzzles. Most frustrating is being woken up from those dreams, ensuring I can never finish the puzzle I was on at the time.

Frosted Cheerios + Wheat Chex is my fav mix. Chex on the bottom so that by the time I reach the bottom of the bowl, it has soaked in that sweetened milk from the Cheerios.
I have an old graph paper notebook my mom used to notate Dragon Quest as she played it. She drew out the dungeons and towns as well as recording the prices of items sold in each area. It really inspired me later in life as I played my first RPGs like Final Fantasy VII and VIII, setting aside a gaming notebook to…
I was really enjoying the beta, though some of the visual effects were offputting and I hope there is a way to disable those in retail. A few times I was borderline motion sick.
Roasted broccoli is one of the best. Deep fried though has my curiosity piqued.
Kizumonogatari is the first translated novel released. It came out last month and can be found on Amazon. Maybe other book stores?
