There are a number of articles online touching on the differences in releases for FF7 in varying depth, but for the most part the main issue is that the original PC version was not based on the released PSX version, but an earlier copy of the game, resulting in lower quality resources, variances in terminology and

I will happily battle motion sickness if it is for Rez. That is about the only franchise I’d do that for. With VR being optional, its a definite buy for me.

Level 5, Ding Dong Dell

I’d wondered what Food Network had done with Justin Warner. I was happy he won Food Network Star but then saw 0 from him outside of a one-off special and a couple appearances on celebrity special competitions. It’s good to know he is maintaining some form of show and getting to show off his unique style.

From my understanding, it has something to do with Marvel pre-Marvel Studios selling the rights to ‘mutant’ brands to Fox. So now Fox can make movies of any ‘mutant’ Marvel characters and Marvel Studios can’t. In response to that, Marvel is branding characters under other terms now so they can retain the media and

Lack of Sable amiibo has me sad. I mean really? The shop sheep before Sable?! Digby and Lottie before Sable?!

Glad to hear I’m not the only one who finds the shaped pasta shapes tasting really really off compared to normal elbow macaroni. It really disappointed me as a kid since so many franchises like Mario had macaroni variants, but they all tasted so bad.

My sister was terrified when I showed her the Pikachu stickers I’d found and affixed to a picture in Gameboy Camera because of the misinformation regarding that situation at the time. She thought any Pikachu image could trigger it.

Helmet and ghost have been holding me back for ages and I know the same is true for a couple friends as well. We’ve tried spending hours at Court of Oryx, supposedly best place for ghosts at least, and gotten nothing of improvement.

Some newer RPGs have things like encouter rate sliders. You can make random encounters go from excessive to little or none at all. You just have to accept the difficulty of later fights if you haven’t grinded enough. Maybe you want to grind at enemies at X instead of Y because X is closer to supplies and a save point.

I remember a local radio station used to have the ‘um’ contest. People would call in then be asked to talk about or answer a question for 30sec I believe it was, without saying ‘um’ or pausing excessively. I got through once to try my hand, but I stumbled fast. The topic at the time was about passing time on a rainy

I started my first run of King’s Fall earlier tonight. We didn’t finish it but got to the checkpoint for the daughters. I generally enjoyed it so far...except for the transport jumping section. I adore jumping and climbing on things in games, getting up into nooks and heights you shouldn’t normally be walking along,

What I didn’t understand is for the Voidwalker quest, on multiple occassions it said I generated the 7 orbs...but didn’t credit me, making it all the more frustrating. Lost track of how many times I ran Omnigul just to clear that quest.

My mom really liked the first on Android to the point of sending me a new Vita mem card so I could have room to get the Vita vers and try it out. I don’t know though if she’d enjoy this one if it is more cumbersome for getting from A to B.

Yeah I hated that bit too. Eventually I found a guide online pointing out best times to pop it in Omnigul Strike for high hit count along with wearing any gear bit with ‘generate extra orb’. You thankfully don’t have to do all 3 in one strike run, but it seemed fickle about counting clears because I know more than

Still have my reader and cards too. You put the e-reader on the GBA, plugged the GBA into your Gamecube, and scanned the cards by swiping them through the reader. You’d receive gifts in-game from it at a kiosk in the bank/mail room. I remember scouring ebay for some of the more rare cards.

Too bad e-reader cards aren’t backwards compatible. I have tons of those!

If only my huge stack of Animal Crossing e-reader cards worked with this game. Why are you not backwards compatible, cardboard?!

They do that to me sometimes too. Something about how writers are embedding Twitter posts differently. Some authors show up fine, some never show, some only show on refreshing. This article I had to refresh for the Twitter posts to show.

Painfully the most recent blurb for the reboot of ReBoot makes it sound like it is going along the lines of Super Samurai Syber Squad, or something akin to Code Lyoko. It will mix live action scenes of a cast of teens with them devling into a CGI Mainframe with the last Guardian (not Bob).
