I don't know about that. They made an official statement today that Europe will be getting XL and normal sized new 3DS launching the same date as us. I'd imagine if we were getting normal too, they'd at least acknowledge its existence in the video.

With amiibo its just odd because other parts of the world aren't selling out at nearly the same rate.
