CBT doesn’t work for everyone. I was diagnosed with autism on my 30s. It turns out CBT doesn’t work well with autistics or those with ADHD (which i have as well) which explains a lot. For years, it just seemed like voodoo shit.

Hungary is an extremely racist country in an Eastern Europe full of racist fuckheads. They still sterilize Roma women against their will. I still think there should have been more of a vetting process before entering the EU.
