@Miss Suka: I don't have a chest the size of hers at all, but my guess would be that the top of the dress is far too tight, and therefore the rest of the chest is pushed upwards as frankly there's nowhere else for them to go!

@Mega-Panda: I know this is a patronising obvious thing to say, but have you thought about just putting suncream on the areas that go red, whether its hot or not? Or is it just skin is hot type red?
