@Dara8182: I know what you mean. I think so many celebs are just like, "Oh I have a steak for dinner every night,I've just got a fast metabolism" when you're just like no, you really really don't...I think its sad though that she has to stoop to a diet such as that to be the "required weight"

@BeckyIva: I don't know if it would work for you, but there are actually things called "sound asleep pillows"- I have one and they are really good— its like a pillow with a little speaker right inside it, so you don't strangle yourself with headphone wire :)
