Ninja forevs! I’ve started using coconut water in my smoothies. It feels disgustingly faddish, but it’s so nice to make them smoother.

Smoothies keep the fiber, but because it’s been partially broken down it’s not quite as effective. Juicing spits the fiber back out so you get only a very minimal amount.
