Having a controller with 8-12 buttons is horrible compared to the 104 key standard layout of pretty much every keyboard ever. And I've never found anything an analog stick could do better than a keyboard either. The only thing ideal about a controllers design is that it fits in your hands.

I had 2 Razer Diamondbacks and they both broke within about 3 months. This headset though (C....???? Chupacabra???? Their names suck sometimes) has been going strong for several years and is very durable. So it just seems kind of hit and miss.
