I hope Bungie realizes they’ve created a phenomenal imbalance by essentially creating second class weapons. Not to say you can’t compete if you only have HoW weapons. From what I understand is that there is no ramge cap, the damage drop off starts sooner now. But extending the range extends how long until that damage drop off actually occurs.
