the NES had very crappy hardware compared to the Master System. The only two consoles that were ahead of competition hardware wise were snes and nintendo 64 (even if the cartridge system was a huge limit). this is pretty much a non news, of course it depends. Some publishers will update their titles for free, some will do a remaster/hd version of their older ones, some will leave things as they are... sony cannot force anyone to make a patch or something like that
