I upgraded two PCs, but I remember one had an older version of win 7, and for that one I just ended up with a clean install (that pc was full of crap anyway).
If you don’t use it for gaming you probably don’t even need to upgrade anyway

I hope that the developer at least got this game funded by them but you would be surprised how many “publishers” there are that wants a cut of the sales in exchange for marketing they don’t really know to do
