I upgraded two PCs, but I remember one had an older version of win 7, and for that one I just ended up with a clean install (that pc was full of crap anyway).
If you don’t use it for gaming you probably don’t even need to upgrade anyway
you are a teacher? holy shit poor kids
the teenage girls you teach to probably (and rightfully) consider you a weirdo
a day and half? I upgraded in two hours tops...
And you can still let the pc upgrade overnight
By now people that play AAA games on PC all have win 10, the ones who don’t probably are console users
“And i know you lack basic understanding of what constitutes a good article title.” And clearly you do right?
I’m not even going to read your stupid wall of text because you are clearly an asshole with too much spare time. Have a nice day, vomiting stupid comments all around the internet, no wait, just fuck off :)
the company name is in the tags and cited in the article, doesn’t need to be in the title.
He wrote what was important here: Doom getting a tabletop game.
On the EVO article the important thing is the winner. This weird technique is called “having good articles titles”, I know you don’t expect it nowadays as we’re…
:\ one more reason to not go with a publisher
I hope that the developer at least got this game funded by them but you would be surprised how many “publishers” there are that wants a cut of the sales in exchange for marketing they don’t really know to do
is there even a reason he’s using a “publisher”?
the real publisher here is steam, everything else (if they don’t cover at least part of the game development AND do marketing) is a middleman\parasite.
If I were this developer I’d gladly take this chance to tear the agreement apart. Who is this EuroVideo? It’s not like…
you clearly never played the game, because Doom 4 is actually the best Doom ever. And I’m a huge Doom/Quake fan

it’s a steam installer in a dvd

the PC physical copy is a single layer dvd (4.7gb, and it’s not even full) for a 38gb game, draw your conclusions

It’s not because they are burnt out, quite the opposite (going indie can be as stressful if not more and A LOT MORE RISKY), most of the time is because they feel the need to do something more personal, to do things their own way for once, to be a larger part instead that a tiny name in an endless credits section.
I’ll…
this is not the case with NX... this comparison is a lot less spot on than DS/Game&Watch
it was still an odd and stupid gimmick, even more stupid with the 3ds, as that one has one larger screen and a smaller one (i love my 3ds but I wish it had a single, decent screen instead of two very shitty ones)
in the movies
but you will need a data plan just for your nx then... and maybe the nx doesn’t even have a gps
there’s nothing wrong in writing your own game engine if you have the experience to do so. It can actually save you A LOT of time and keep you sane
welcome to steam 2.0, when a game you actually have in wishlist can slip and you don’t even notice it’s out.
The developer/publisher utterly sucked at marketize this one anyway. It looks very interesting, but the only article I’m seeing is this one that talks about how it failed... in less than a month since the real…
