nope, right now it’s quite trivial (meaning there are a lot of optimized emulators out there and nintendo certainly has the power\knowledge to make a good snes emulator). There are fullspeed snes emulators even on devices like the good old gp2x and on psp, the original 3DS shouldn’t have problems to emulate snes games.
