And before they even got to a laughing judge, the DA would probably never take the case :)

The DA being lawyers and part of the courts, I would expect their responsibilities to be different than law enforcement officers who, as their name emplies, are meant to enforce laws. Part of that is gathering evidense, which if they discover they can’t intentionally hide. But surely there is evidense that ends up in…
I agree with you that it’s kind of crazy for them not to look at it. What I’m wondering is if they have a legal obligation to do so, or if passing it to the court is a legitimate and potentially (in some cases) a responsible thing to do.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t providing evidence and determining guilt not for the police, but for the courts? The police did their best to catch the right guy, and in doing so will provide evidence to the courts to have him convicted, shouldn’t this guy be providing this evidence to the alleged speeder?
Electric steering or amazing power steering? You couldn’t do that with my car, but it’s also old...

Disagree, too busy. This is how you do a dash.
I don’t know what kind of car that is at 2:56, but I don’t understand how he lost it. Attempting to trail brake with really heavy front wheel bias?
I think we’re saying the same thing. My reply was in the context of a person that stated “...which have nothing to do with the drug “working” on the basis of a discredited theory.”
And not because they’d lose (though they very well may) but because there are two outcomes
You must have missed the bit about how “We invented the automobile, and then invented another automobile that could drive over 20 other automobiles”
You can think I’m an ass for expecting you to read the full conversation and I can think you’re an ass for not bothering with such trivial matters. We can agree to disagree, it works fine for me. We clearly have fundamental differences in web-etiquette. I’m not going to be turned on the subject and I couldn’t care…
after 3 months away from home, I can honestly tell you will get back to your usual self and everything will be the same in less than 2 months.
Since when did sharing a general opinion with someone else mean that ones opinion and experience should not be voiced? Or even that I’m obligated to read all 122 responses before sharing my own thoughts? Or do I not understand you post correctly? It’s hard when you dance around but never specify what it is you think I…
My boss once told me to do something I considered to be too dangerous. I refused to do it, and I would have told him go fuck himself if he kept insisting.
I’d guess the reasons are safety, maintainability, and useful time.
No? At least none of the big known ones. We had a little tiny regular one collapse, and of course that embarrassingly large one sorta took a dive. But no floating bridges have sunk AFAIK.
You failed to factor into account that “loudest members” are not the minority in the dota2 community, but are in fact the majority. I say this as the quiet minority.
I hope you don’t mean “to women” but that is sort of how it sounds,
I’ll reply in more depth later, but first you should read my post again as you mis-interpreted the first paragraph by 180 degrees. My point was exactly that sexism and racism should acknowledge the disadvantaged group first and foremost. Thus my point about it being silly to approach historical raxisms involving bus…
