I just recently built my girlfriend her first gaming PC with the same case (also in Arctic White), and I have to say I'm incredibly impressed with its quality. So many little touches that make a huge difference that I wasn't expecting in a case at such a low price point.

Civ V is incredibly CPU intensive (relative to how little GPU it uses). There's a lot of AI for each player and a lot of units to maintain later in the game.

The 650Ti Boost is just slightly ahead (a few FPS here and there). It does outperform a regular 650Ti though. The biggest appeal is how little power it draws while achieving that performance.
