@rebeldevil: Pool gets put in by disreputable contractor with no permits. Pool develops problems (leaks, equipment failures, etc.). Pool owner will have trouble getting service from the disreputable contractor, since no permit is on file, municipality can't take action against contractor or his license.
No reputable pool contractor would install a pool without obtaining the proper permits first.
I received mine two weeks ago. When I found out they wanted $10/month just for the preview, I dumped the app.
