One of my personal favorites is Nemesis of the Roman Empire. The graphics are very simple so you can play on pretty much any computer, and perhaps the best part is that there is no limit to the size of army you build!

I'm probably the only one here who plays a game called Space station 13(It runs in an engine called Byond, you can find it at Byond.com), but in the game you can cut peoples' butts off and wear them on your head...
