will the first season ever come out on ps4?

So I have never played this and want too. I hope whenever they get all the playstation network stuff working for the ps4 I can, but here is my question, sense I didn't grow up with it and have the appreciation for jrpg like some you guys do. Will I still enjoy it?

Weird question I played and beats the last of us on ps3 but am going to buy it for ps4 but I never played the dlc. Should I play the dlc first then play the regular campaign on ps4?
