I like the achievement for getting through the intro in a game. Not devalued at all.
While I sympathize & personally understand that these guys had no criminal intent to what they where doing. As far as I can tell and read, they did something that is prohibited, i.e taking pictures of military structures.

I agree. To an extent, Borderlands 2 come of as brain dead to me. Much more so than BL 1 - I can't quite put my finger on why though.
