Sure you can judge him for taste and maybe unprofessionalism although it is in his private office. But a psychological hazard? Being put in the firing line for essentially hobby interests instead of issues of substance?

It was definitely my game of the year for that year.
But thinking about it I’m not sure how much I want to replay it to see what the limits of the choices actually are. Since I got the impression there wasn’t different endings only your journey taken there was different.
I remember really enjoying this series as a kid. To the point where I sort of held a grudge against the CGI series for a really long time for having replaced it.
To be honest I think some of that lingers over as I’m still not really a huge fan of Ashoka and on a whole prefer the series Rebels to CGI Clone Wars.
I think I actually liked the pre-alpha dialogue more. There’s something almost more unsettling yet sweet about the delivery and specific word choice.
As someone who came back to RDO since launch and brought along a friend who has never played it before. It’s remarkable just how much and how little they’ve put into this.
Like I think they’re starting to get a direction with the whole roles thing and some of them are pretty fun even. But the lack of any sort of big…
I’ll give them props for running with a genre concept you don’t really see too often. Although weirdly enough we just saw something similar with GreedFall, but that whole fantasy 17th century is a very specific subgenre.
Hmm might just buy the minis pack and use it with the old/new Dune boardgame instead.
That he’s looking at a map of Grand Cathay at the end has me really excited. Since we only have some fluff tidbits here and there and never any models for Cathay unlike say Araby.
Been playing it a little and having a bit of a mixed experience. On the one hand I recognize the work, custom assets, voice work, and effort being put in is very impressive.
On the other hand especially for Chapter 1 of the NCR storyline. It’s very self indulgent with long cutscenes interrupting gameplay every few…
Increasing the contrast with exposure, and getting rid of the auto focus always seems to help with my screens.
Agreed that there’s so much detail in the game in places you don’t expect. And honestly this might be the first time RTX’s lighting does actually make a difference, flat scenes can turn into neon drenched amazingness if you have it running full blast.
This is how I’ve been playing it. It surprisingly well worth it, though there’s though pesky data caps. If you’re like me and always near the limit month per month. It might be worth just flipping it to unlimited for a month, pack away Cyberpunk. Then turn it off.
I’m very curious to see what they do with the Tevinter Imperium in full since we really only had breadcrumbs and like Dorian to fill in the gaps. But judging from the trailer concept stuff, it looks like they’re gonna get weird with it.
Sadly I got nothing out of this. I suppose that I’m just too jaded these days for any kind of trailer that isn’t gameplay footage. Even though I’m aware this is supposed to be a teaser to set the mood.
Hmm now I’m wondering if he can rock the Old Snake stache and mullet.
76 is by no means a great game but I think they’ve made major strides to make it an ok game as of late. Not as hobbled by bugs compared to launch, more effort for free atom through gameplay, and general quality of life stuff.
Although I still fundamentally disagree with Bethesda sort of shoehorning in Fallout brand…
Having had a chance to play it now. Despite the weird canon of having a small team of California brotherhood members make their way over this early despite there being an info gap in the timeline where maxon pretty much hid in lost hills. I do find the story kind of interesting.
I think I might be one of the few people who liked Spiderman and the Sinister Six. Mostly cause I thought trying to blend adventure game aspects for the Peter Parker portions and more arcade mini games for the Spiderman sections was interesting?
But sadly I also remember the Peter Parker sections being better than the…
Although I’m in the camp of coop is the easy mode of the souls games. I’ve known people and as evidenced in the comment section. People who won’t even touch the series because of the perceived difficulty and that’s kind of a shame.
Since there was no real cons this year. Mostly been hanging out prepping in case any kids show up for trick or treat. Wishing for a nuclear winter since my neighborhood almost went up in flames earlier this week.
