It's kind of funny that people seem to be defending Destiny on the merit of tight gunplay despite the poor story.

Playing's Devil's advocate I would say look at Wolfenstein The New Order. Tight gunplay, and yet a story that was way better than it had any right to be.

I could go for that if it included +50% gold per trade income due to TF2 Hat sales.

you know what? I'm all for it. Since the story is barely existent as it is and there doesn't seem to be a reason for why you need to kick aliens off of worlds humanity once owned other than cause.

Then they start getting into Calculus and nobody gets a happy ending.

Having cleared most of the beta (at least Arizona) I can safely say it's not that complicated.

To me Voyager was at it's best during later seasons when it essentially became the Doctor and 7 of 9 show. They were far more interesting and entertaining than the borefest of Chakotay and Janeway earlier seasons tried to focus on.

Can you recommend anything that has come out recently as an exclusive must play that I might not have gotten around to playing yet?

I've played the death most of the 90+ games on metacritic for my PS3 and my Xbox360 up to around post Halo 4 ish era.

Also I'm not the kind of guy who can survive on multiplayer shooters…
