I thought this was an excellent way to set the setting and immediately wipe away any taint of Stallone one has in their mind while also making the comic fans fall in love with their cursed earth sneak peak and the utter crushing feeling Megacity 1 has (if not technologically advanced like the comic).

I think EU stuff really helps for Star Wars in particular because when you really think about it, Star Wars has a lot of loose ends that EU stuff conveniently fills.

Yeah after playing itself myself I decided the story was actually pretty good. (If not a tiny bit annoying it was basically act 1 of a 3 act play)
